Live Breaks Policy

What Is a Live Break?

A live break occurs when a customer purchases a pack, box, or break spot and the product is opened live on stream on the customer's behalf. The cards revealed during the live stream become the customer's property and are shipped after the break.

Customer Authorization

By purchasing a live break spot, pack, or box, you expressly authorize us to open the sealed product on your behalf during a live broadcast.

No Cancellations After Opening

Once a pack, box, or break spot has been opened during a live stream, the opening service has been completed and the contents have been revealed. Orders cannot be canceled after the opening has occurred.

Shipping

All cards pulled during the live break will be packaged and shipped to the customer at the shipping address provided at checkout.

Recording of Breaks

Live breaks may be recorded and retained for quality control, verification of pulls, and dispute resolution purposes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong cards or your shipment is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
